Important Warranty Update
Effective 1st August 2025, the warranty policy for all Ionmax products has been updated:
- Products purchased on or after 1st August 2025 are covered by a standard 2-year warranty.
- The previous 2+2 year extended warranty no longer applies to purchases made from this date onwards.
- Products purchased before 1st August 2025 remain eligible for the extended 2+2 year warranty, provided they meet all original terms and conditions, including product registration within 30 days of purchase and valid proof of purchase from Ionmax or an authorised retailer.
This change reflects our ongoing efforts to ensure a sustainable balance between quality, service, and value for our customers.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please ensure:
- The product was purchased new (not secondhand)
- It was purchased from Ionmax or an authorised retailer
- You have valid proof of purchase

Eligible products
The Ionmax 2-year warranty applies to all residential Ionmax air purifiers, dehumidifiers, and humidifiers.
The following items are not covered under the 2-year warranty:
- Ionmax Q10 Air Quality Monitor
- Air purifier / dehumidifier filters
- Accessories
- Replacement parts
Warranty Information
All Ionmax products sold are covered by a standard 2-year warranty, unless stated otherwise.
To be eligible for warranty coverage, the product must:
- Purchased and registered within the last 30 days
- Still within its warranty period
- Has a valid proof of purchase
- Purchased new (not secondhand)
- Purchased from Ionmax or an authorised reseller/retailer
Contact Ionmax to make a warranty claim with your proof of purchase within the warranty period for us to make repair/replacement arrangements.
Users must register their warranty with us and upload their receipt online to be stored as proof of purchase.
