Ionmax 2+2 Years Extended Warranty

In line with our commitment for excellence in every aspect of our products, Ionmax users can now enjoy an additional extended two year warranty for every purchase of residential air treatment appliances from 1 January 2023 onwards.

This applies to residential Ionmax products including air purifiers, dehumidifiers and humidifiers.

To validate the additional 2 years extended warranty, customers must register their Ionmax appliance within 30 days of purchase, and include their proof of purchase from Ionmax or any authorised retailers showing the date of purchase.

  • 1️⃣ Purchase an eligible product

    Browse our store or authorised resellers to purchase eligible products with 2+2 years warranty.

  • 2️⃣ Register your product warranty

    To validate the extended warranty, register your Ionmax appliance within 30 days of purchase.

  • 3️⃣ Upload proof of purchase

    During registration, upload your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) showing the date of purchase.

Eligible products

The Ionmax 2+2 years extended warranty applies to all residential Ionmax air purifiers, dehumidifiers and humidifiers.

It does not apply to the following models:

  • Ionmax Ray far infrared heater
  • Ionmax+ EcorPro DryFan® industrial dehumidifiers
  • Ionmax+ ED18 industrial dehumidifier

Warranty Information

All products sold are covered by their standard 2 years warranty unless stated otherwise.

The extended 2 years warranty is activated when the product meets the following terms:

  • Purchased and registered within the last 30 days
  • Still within its warranty period
  • Has a valid proof of purchase
  • Purchased new (not secondhand)
  • Purchased from Ionmax or an authorised reseller/retailer


Contact Ionmax to make a warranty claim with your proof of purchase within the warranty period for us to make repair/replacement arrangements.

Users must register their warranty with us and upload their receipt online to be stored as proof of purchase.

Products returned under warranty are subject to all conditions under our Warranty Policy.
