Shipping costs
Delivery costs start from $11 and varies depending on your location and the size and weight of your order.
For orders over $499, you are eligible for Free Shipping within Australia only.
International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
You can estimate your order's delivery cost in the checkout section after you've added a product to cart.
Shipping methods
Orders are shipped using Australia Post or Direct Freight (for bulky items over 5kg).
All deliveries will include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you when your order is processed.
Shipping times
Once your online order is confirmed and the full payment is received, we will process your order and have it dispatched within 1-2 working days*.
Standard delivery: 1-3 business days (metro areas) or 5-10 business days (rural areas)
Express delivery: 1-2 business days (depending on the shipping carrier's express network)
If you're not home to receive the delivery
If you're not home to receive your parcel, the delivery person will check if it is safe to leave your parcel.
If the parcel is left in a safe place, a picture will be taken as proof of delivery, and the tracking details will be updated with the delivery details.
Otherwise, the delivery person will leave an "attempt of delivery" card in your mailbox and will deliver your parcel to the nearest post office (for Australia Post) or delivery centre.
