Did its job really well collecting the water. Easy to move around different rooms. Smells a little in the room when you first enter. The handle was a bit stiff and made a noise when you positioned it to carry. The ordering and delivery process was smooth.
The unit quiet and perfect size for our bedroom. Unfortunately it stopped working after less than 1 month and we have had to send it back for inspection before we can get our money back.

Kindly be informed that it is part of our standard procedures to process returns and refund to have the product returned to us for an inspection first to assess the issue with the unit and have it recorded in our database. This is in line with our store policy as well.
We believe one of our agents have assisted you in organising the return of your unit. Upon checking on the status of your return ticket, kindly be informed that your unit is still on its way back to us as of 22nd April 2022 whereby the parcel is currently being processed at an AusPost facility in Sydney.
Once we have received your unit, we will notify you via email of the inspection and return outcome.
